Spring is almost here according to the Groundhog! As Minnesotan's we are all well aware that spring could still be 6-10 weeks away. Are you beginning to lose your motivation to exercise during these winter months? Maybe you are hitting that wall and would rather go home after work for some comfort food and cuddle up in a blanket? Or this is not working but once it gets nice out you will get back to your exercise routine?
