In collaboration with Charter House, the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center is excited to offer a spinoff program of the 12 Habits of Highly Healthy People for 2016: 12 Strategies for Healthy Aging! The Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center and Charter House are combining their expertise to offer this monthly exploration series to all Mayo Clinic employees, retirees, volunteers, students, spouses, and Charter House residents. Come learn about and experience a variety of wellness and fitness topics to help with healthy aging. Registration is not required for the 1 hour session.
