If you're interested in taking our Strength, Indo-Row or Cycle drop-in group fitness classes, then you might want to start with a 30-minute introductory class that will focus on the proper form and technique. Simply sign up by stopping by the front desk or calling 507-266-4688. These 30-minute classes are free to attend and will be hands-on (wear workout attire).
- Strength Intro: This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of movements and equipment that are covered in drop-in Multi-Purpose Studio A Strength classes.
- Indo-Row Intro: Learn how to use the Indo-Row machines in the Multi-Purpose Studio A. Instructor will go over proper rowing form and technique.
- Wednesdays; 10:45-11:15am
- Cycle Intro: This class is ideal for anyone looking for a low-impact, cardiovascular workout. The intro will be held in Multi-Purpose Studio B and will cover the basics of a bike setup and cycling fundamentals.
