Are you interested in running a race and would like to improve your speed or increase your distance? This two-session series will offer strategies on how to increase speed/distance, overcome obstacles and barriers, and help you improve your nutrition during your training.
You will also receive hands-on foam rolling instruction and a practical training guide for the distance of your choice. Ideal if you plan to train for a 5k to Half Marathon distance run and are not brand new to running. Must be able to attend both sessions.
