Wellness Evaluation


A Wellness Evaluation establishes baseline/current fitness levels that assist in goal setting and progression. Members can expect the following measurements to be taken at each wellness evaluation (assessment).  Tests and measurements include:

  • Blood pressureDAHLC-8704
  • Resting heart rate
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body Mass Index
  • Idexa (Body Composition)
  • Hearing Screening
  • Circumference Measurements
  • Cardiorespiratory Fitness Test - Submax VO2
  • Muscular Strength & Endurance Test
  • Flexibility Test

The results are used to provide individual recommendations.
