The FMS is a series of seven movements that are used to determine a member’s ability to move and to assess muscular imbalances and joint limitations. Each movement is given a score of 0-3. The assessment highlights asymmetries within each movement. Corrective exercises are given based on score results. The seven movements include: Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, In-Line Lunge, Active Straight Leg Raise, Shoulder Mobility, Rotary Stability, Trunk Stability Push-Up.
