Jason’s passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives began after his father had a massive heart attack when he was a sophomore in college. It was then that his career goal of becoming an athletic trainer was altered, and he realized that fitness and health are so much bigger than athletic performance and competition. Jason finds great joy in guiding you to take incremental steps that help foster confidence, self-efficacy, and motivation for desired change. Ultimately, he enjoys the relationships he has with others. Nothing is more rewarding to him than helping members achieve better quality of life so that they can enjoy family functions, the golf course, or the trout stream!
