12 Habits of Highly Healthy People


We're excited to bring all DAHLC members the opportunity to be a part of our 12 Habits of Highly Healthy People program.   Beginning January 2016, all members will be introduced to a new habit via email. You will receive information, resources, suggestions and fun events to help you succeed.

This program encourages you to commit to working on 12 areas of healthy living.  Past participants have reported it was insightful, actionable and served as a reminder to reinforce healthy habits. Each habit is challenging, complex and has the potential to create meaningful change.  Be sure to update your email information at the front desk so you don't miss out.

If you have a spouse of colleague that would like to join but is not a current DAHLC member, email rstwellnesschallenge@mayo.edu to join in.
