Bridget’s passion to encourage and equip people to live healthy lives stems from her childhood experience of losing her father and grandfather to massive heart attacks that could have been prevented. Her greatest joy is seeing people change their lives to enjoy health, longevity, and more time with loved ones. She especially enjoys helping DAHLC members who feel ‘stuck’ in their wellness journey. You can find Bridget helping people get ‘unstuck’ in wellness programs, wellness coaching, and group fitness classes.
