MISSION MOTHERHOOD - CONNECT & REBUILD: Calling new moms with little ones! It can be a challenge juggling life with a little one while still connecting with others and feeling supported. In this 6-week program you will meet and connect with other moms to discuss the joys and challenges of life with a new baby while practicing gentle exercises to safely and effectively heal the core and pelvic floor. In addition, you will discuss educational topics, such as activity and stress management. This program is primarily geared toward moms who are 2-12 weeks postpartum; however, all mothers with babies are welcome. Please join us for this great opportunity to bond with other moms and learn important aspects of motherhood and postpartum recovery. Feel free to bring your new little one too!

PREGNANCY PROGRAM: This 10-week program is designed to educate prenatal women on the benefits of exercise during and after pregnancy, breastfeeding, nutrition, pelvic floor health, and other pregnancy specific topics. Exercise sessions focus on proper cardio and strength training techniques during pregnancy as well as an optional pool workout. Participants must attend the Monday education session and a land-based Group Training session each week. Participants will be contacted by the program lead to set up the group training session.

PRENATAL GROUP TRAINING: Learn exercises that are safe for both you and baby. Pool option is also available. To sign up, contact: Tiffany to be placed in a prenatal group. These trainings are free.
BREASTFEEDING CONSULTATION: Connect with Desiree, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), for quick problem solving, what to expect and to gather further resources for breastfeeding moms. In-person consultations are 30-minutes per session and held on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 5:30-7:30pm. Feel free to email Desiree with ANY questions or to sign up!
PREGNANCY WORKSHOP: Join us to discuss the benefits and guidelines for exercise during and after pregnancy. This educational workshop you share the benefits of having an active pregnancy, exercise modifications, and learn how to safely return to exercise after baby. Stay tuned for our next offering.
PRENATAL YOGA: Join us for specialty workshops that focus on yoga techniques. It is intended to help you refine your yoga practice and will focus on topics such as poses, breath and meditation. This is free to attend and you can register online! (If you do not have an account, your ID# is your PersonID found on the back of your Mayo Clinic badge.)
