WELLNESS EVALUATION: This 2-hour appointment provides you with a comprehensive look at your overall health status. During your appointment a health and wellness coach will assess your resting vitals, hearing, body composition (iDEXA), cardiorespiratory system, upper and lower body strength and flexibility. You will review your results with your coach and create a personalized plan based on your goals and current health status. Cost: $40 with Mayo Medical Insurance; $100 for non-Mayo medical insurance. BODY COMPOSITION: This 30-minute appointment includes an iDEXA scan as well as a waist circumference and provides you with vital body composition information Including but not limited to: height, weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass and bone density. EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION: This 60-minute appointment includes a functional movement screen to identify asymmetries in your movement patterns and personalized exercise prescription based on your interests and goals. POINT OF CARE: This 30-minute appointment includes a lipid screening and will include total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and glucose measurements. HEALTH SCREENINGS: This service is available only to those who are covered by a Mayo Medical Plan and are either a member or eligible for membership. A limited number of time slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up, in person, for a time slot between 5pm and 6pm the night of the screening. No sign-ups will occur outside of this time frame. Individuals will need to provide their 7-digit, Mayo Clinic patient number when they check in at the front desk. Members may count education screenings as incentive visits.
