Registration opens: Pregnancy Program

Description

This ten-week program is designed to educate prenatal women of the benefits and guidelines for exercise during pregnancy. Exercise sessions focus on proper cardio and strength training techniques during pregnancy as well as options to stay active through all stages of pregnancy.
