Training Studio Overview

DAHLC-7218In the Training Studio you will find a variety of classes lead by DAHLC Health & Wellness Coaches to help you achieve your strength and cardiovascular goals. Classes in this studio include instruction on the cable columns, core classes, and classes using specialized equipment: Kettlebell and Suspension Training.

An introductory course on Kettlebell and Suspension Training is required before members can attend those drop-in classes.

Cable Basics class is available for those new to using the cable columns.
