Plyometric and Agility Workshop

DAHLC-7225Want to spice up your workouts with something different? Discover the basics of plyometric and agility training. You will learn a variety of exercises and drills designed to improve strength, speed, agility, power and overall functionality. This workshop is designed for participants with no limiting injuries.
