Last night (3/9) warm fusion yoga was without music and it was wonderful. It was much easier to concentrate on pose and direction of instructor. Felt the best after that session. Loud music with vocals is very distracting. Felt as if I was much more successful during music-less session.

Why the reduction in warm-yoga fusion classes?

Posted by @schnellheather, Apr 23, 2015

Thank you for your inquiry. During the summer months we typically cut back on classes for a couple of reasons. First, our utilization in classes lowers due to the nice weather and more people wanting to spend time outdoors. We also have a few instructors, that for various reasons, are unable to teach or had to cut back on their availability during this schedule. We still have 6 Warm Yoga Fusion classes on the schedule so hopefully you are able to find one that will work for your schedule.
