Get on top of your game with the Gear up for Golf Workshop. In this two-part series you will experience strengthening and stretching exercises aimed to improve your golf swing and decrease your risk of injury on the course. No limiting knee, back, shoulder injuries or recent surgeries. Come dressed in workout attire.
