Gear Up For Golf Workshop

In this two-part series you will experience strengthening and stretching exercises aimed to improve your golf swing and decrease your risk of injury on the course. No limiting knee, back, shoulder injuries or recent surgeries.  Come dressed in workout attire.

Registration:  February 16

  • March 15 & 22 - Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm, 2 sessions

Registration:  March 1

  • April 5 & April 12 - Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm, 2 sessions

As of 9:0oam on Wed, 3/16 there are still spots open for the Gear Up for Golf Workshop that meets on Apr 5 and Apr 12 from 5:30-6:30pm. Any active member can call our desk to register for this offering at 507-266-4688. Thanks for your interest!
