Try one of our workshops! These classes are perfect if you can't commit to a program with your busy schedule as they meet one time for 1-2 hours. Workshops are hands-on or include open discussion to create action steps for the participants. They are $5 to attend unless otherwise noted. Registration opens 2 weeks prior to its start date and time.
HEALTHY SLEEP: Troubles catching Zzz's? Join us for our Healthy Sleep Workshop to learn the strategies of sleep and how lifestyle impacts sleep.
LIVING WELL WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS: Learn strategies and resources for living with a chronic condition. This one-hour workshop is designed to discuss opportunities and ideas for managing life with a chronic condition.
NUTRITION CORNER: One of our registered dietitians will lead the discussion on a variety of nutrition topics that will focus on nutrition & behavior. *FREE* Register online using the Member Portal.
YOGA: Are you interested in exploring different yoga topics? Our monthly Yoga Workshops are a great way to learn the proper technique to do a given pose as well as the benefits for your health. EXPLORE & RESTORE STRESS MANAGEMENT: This workshop incorporates group discussion, resources, and guidance for participants willing to explore various stress management tools.
PILATES: Learn the Pilates exercises that will improve core strength and back health. *FREE* Register online using the Member Portal.
PREGNANCY: Join us to discuss the benefits and guidelines for exercise during and after pregnancy. This educational workshop you share the benefits of having an active pregnancy, exercise modifications, and learn how to safely return to exercise after baby.
SMART: In this workshop, you will learn key principles to apply to stressful situations to increase your present-moment awareness, gratitude, compassion, acceptance, meaning, and forgiveness. These principles will increase your peace, happiness and resilience.
STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS: Are you a runner who neglects strength training or may just need guidance on a strength training routine? Sign up for this workshop to learn the basic guidelines for strength training. The guided workout will get you ready for that next run.
