Health & Wellness Coaches 

It is time for you to get on track and get fit at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center. Our friendly staff is educated to help you reach your goals and are here to encourage you along the way. Our Health & Wellness Coaches, Group Fitness Instructors, vibrant front desk staff along with everyone else are here to support you. Enjoy your journey as you begin to GET FIT!

Get involved in our Programs that focus on getting fit. 

Get Fit with Group Fitness! With over a 150 classes per week, find the ones you would enjoy and simply drop in. Our instructors keep the atmosphere encouraging and are welcoming to all levels. It's a great way to meet new people while burning calories.

Learn more about your current health status by utilizing our Evaluation Services. These services show you where you are at right now, work with you on your goals for the future and put together a plan to help you achieve those goals.
