Watching portion sizes is important, but not always easy to do. Here are some places you can visit to set you up for success:

  1. Mayo Clinic has a variety of resources to help you on your road to better health. Check out free recipes and nutrition tips to get you started.
  1. March is National Nutrition Month®. Put your best fork forward with the Celebration Toolkit, and learn how to make informed food choices.
  1. Choosemyplate.gov will teach you how to fit portion sizes into your eating style.
