Having a commitment to her own yoga practice, Amanda feels passionate about sharing her knowledge with members at the DAHLC. A dancer herself from childhood through college, she also taught dance to children and adolescents for about six years. Amanda feels passionate about the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. Focus on the breath and body awareness are important facets of her classes. She believes in the therapeutic experience yoga offers and finds that "teaching at the DAHLC has been a gift!"
