Meet Dr. Limburg

Paul Limburg, MD, medical director of the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center, medical director of Global Business Systems, medical director of the Preventive Services Clinic.

Paul Limburg, MD, is a consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology with a joint appointment in the Division of Preventive, Occupational &  Aerospace Medicine.  He is a professor of medicine, College of Medicine, Mayo Clinic.   Dr. Limburg is a principal investigator of the Cancer Prevention Network.  His clinical and research interests are focused on chronic disease prevention, specifically chemoprevention and early detection.  Dr. Limburg's overall goal is to develop meaningful interventions that will reduce the public health burden associated with cancer and other chronic diseases.  "As healthcare professionals, we need to take care of ourselves so we can best meet the needs of our patients and become that role model for them."
