Intro Classes: Cycle, Strength and Row

intro classesIf you're interested in taking our Cycle or Strength drop-in group fitness classes, then you might want to start with a 30-minute introductory class that will focus on the proper form and technique. Simply sign up by stopping by the front desk or calling 507-266-4688. These 30-minute classes are free to attend and will be hands-on (wear workout attire).

  • Cycle Intro: This class is ideal for anyone looking for a low-impact, cardiovascular workout. The intro will cover the basics of bike setup and include a short workout on the bike.
    • Mondays; 12:15-12:45pm
  • Strength Intro: This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of movements that are covered in drop-in strength classes.
    • Mondays; 3:45-4:15pm
  • Indo-Row Intro: Learn how to use the Indo-Row machines in the Multi-Purpose Studio. Instructor will go over proper form and technique.
    • Thursdays; 10:30-11am
