New Group Fitness Schedule Begins Sept. 8

The new Group Fitness schedule is here so you can be ready to start using it Tuesday, September 8th!  A new offering is Barefoot Express, a 30-minute DAHLC-1801version of Barefoot Power.  This class joins other great 30-minute workouts such as Cycle Tabata, Cable Express, Quick Fixx, Fluid Motion, Indo-Row Express, Fluid Sculpt, Strength Express and Foam Roller.  A 15-minute option is Core Express.

In the Mind/Body studio, there will be a 90-minute Warm Yoga offering on the 3rd Friday of the month from 4:30-6pm.  Other Fridays will have Warm Yoga Fusion 4:30-5:30pm.

Whatever amount of time you have, Group Fitness has an option for you!
