Does Menu Planning Improve Confidence and Diet Quality?

Topics include:

  • Improving your diet
  • Efficiency in the kitchen
  • Food budget
  • Knowledge about food and healthy meal preparation

The goal of the research is to assess whether this program can improve confidence, diet quality, and healthy food habits long term. We will meet 1 hour, once a week, for 6 weeks. Surveys will be provided at the first and last class and at 6 months.
